More lovely goodness this week in my farm share from Worden Farm in Punta Gorda, Fla. New items included carrots, swiss chard, and scallions. I cooked up a nice stir fry tonight for my Christmas Eve dinner, threw in some shrimp and topped it on jasmine rice. Made pesto with the cilantro. Maybe next week there will be an avocado and cilantro, then I could make some more guacamole, yum!
