It's Going to be a Bad Hair Day

I thought summer was supposed to be over by November, especially the end of November. It's pouring rain, humid and I have a 6 hour HR workshop to sit through today - it is definitely going to be a bad hair day. Or, maybe it's a reflection of my mood.
