Strawberries are at their peak and I was pleasantly surprised to receive this sweet batch in this week's share from Worden Farm in Punta Gorda, Fla. Sorry the photo's a little blurry but I can attest, they tasted just as sweet and luscious as they looked.
Saw strawberries on sale at Publix today, 3 for $5. Think I'll go back tomorrow and cook up some strawberry jam, not that I should be eating that kind of stuff, but how can I resist!
